Customers who upgraded from the old version to 2023.1.0.0 then the users with User Role are unable to reset or change the password.

Solution - 

Fixed that in the 2023.1.1.0 and asked the customers to upgrade to it then the issue got resolved. Now Users with user roles are also able to change there passwords.
