After upgrading BI Validator, are you seeing a blank screen when trying to log in to BI Validator? If so, the reason could be that there is a mismatch between the database version or the version of the Client/Desktop itself is different. To overcome this issue, please download the correct version, uninstall the existing Desktop/Client setup, and complete the installation with correct setup file.
