Running the Report Test Pan provides differences between the report data and benchmarked data. These differences are available in the PDF which opens by clicking the 'View link under the Result column available in the Run page of Report Test Plan wizard. 


If the Result is blank, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please check if you are able to see the same reports in BI Platform. 
  2. Open the Chrome browser. Please connect directly to the BI instance used in setting up the BI Connection in BI-Validator using the same user login credentials. 
  3. Look for the exact Report/Dashboard. If they are blank, please contact your BI Admin.
  4. If the Reports/Dashboards in BI platform has data and BI-Validator is not displaying them properly, please contact Datagaps Support.
