1. Please verify the Report settings in the 'Admin Options -> Configure Server' screen.

2. You can open up the URL and it will be of this format: http://<hostname>:6050/ETLValidatorService/app/index.html

Where 'hostname' is the name of the machine on the which the ETL Validator Server is running.
